Cream 4 oz butter with 3 Tbs condensed milk. Add pinch salt & 6oz flour, 1 Tbs cornflour & 3 Tbs coconut. Roll in small balls & press flat. Put following on top -
3 Tbs condensed milk
3 Tbs coconut
1/2 cup raisins, currants, & chopped walnuts mixed together.
Put 1/2 tsp on each biscuit & bake mod oven.
