2 Tbs jam
1 Tbs butter
2 Tbs sugar
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup sultanas
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
Grease 4 cup pudding basin. Put jam in base. Put butter & sugar in bowl. Stir in boiling water & sultanas, stir well. Sift in flour, baking soda & cinnamon, mix well. Pour in basin, cover with foil & steam 2 hours.
