4 bananas, peeled & sliced
3/4 cup passionfruit pulp
100g butter
1 cup sugar
3 lge eggs, separated
juice 3 lemons
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
Heat oven to 180 deg C. Grease deep dish or 8 ramekins.
Place banana & passionfruit into dish or ramekins.
Cream butter & sugar, add egg yolks & lemon juice. Stir in flour & milk alternately.
In clean bowl whisk egg whites to stiff peaks & fold into mixture.
Pour over fruit. Bake 45 mins.
