3 egg whites
1/2 cups sugar
1/2 pint whipped cream
2 Tbs brandy
1 Tbs cocoa mixed in a little hot water
Beat egg whites stiffly. Add sugar, beat well. Add whipped cream, stir lightly. Divide mixture in two. Add brandy to one portion and chocolate to other portion. Put alternate spoonfuls into container & freeze. Do not stir or mix.
