Base:
1 cup biscuit crumbs
2 oz melted butter
Combine together. Press onto base 9" tin, chill.
Topping:
3 tsp gelatine
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup cream, whipped
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
Soften gelatine in cold water, stir over low heat until dissolved. Beat cream cheese in bowl & blend in sugar. Gradually beat in lemon juice, milk & warm gelatine. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in cream, pour over crust, chill.
