1 x 15oz can crushed pineapple
1 Tbs cornflour
1 x 8" pie crust
1 Tbs pineapple liquid
Mix cornflour & liquid until smooth. Heat pineapple, add cornflour mixture & heat until boiling. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour into pie crust. Cover with meringue topping. Bake 30-40 minutes, moderate oven.
