125g (1/2 packet) round wine biscuits
1/2 packet (8) malt biscuits
pinch ground or grated nutmeg
100g butter, melted
500g cream cheese
250g sour cream
1 cup sugar
1 orange, zest & juice
3 eggs
1 Tbs cornflour mixed with 2 Tbs water
Icing sugar, berries, cherries to serve
Preheat oven to 150 degC. Spray & line 23cm springform pan.
Process biscuits & nutmeg to fine crumbs.
Add butter & mix. Press into base of tin.
Place cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, zest & juice in processor & whizz until smooth.
Add eggs & cornflour mixture & process well.
Pour into tin & bake 1-1/2 hours until set & firm to touch in centre.
Cool before unmoulding.
