1 bunch rhubarb (16 sticks)
2 green apples
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbs water
Wash & trim rhubarb & cut into 1" pieces. Peel & core apples & slice thinly. Cook with sugar & water until tender, spoon until dish. Sprinkle topping over & bake mod oven 10-15 mins.
Topping:
3/4 cup cornflakes
1/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup condensed milk
Combine all ingredients & mix well.
