2 eggs
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp carraway seeds
pinch salt & cracked black pepper
1 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
1/2 cup self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup milk
oil for frying
Whisk together eggs, mustard, carraway seeds & seasoning. Add grated carrot & cheese & stir well. Sift flour & baking powder & fold in with milk. Heat frypan & lightly grease with oil. Add spoonfuls of mixture & fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
