2 Tbs brown sugar
1 Tbs cornflour
1/4 tsp salt
8-3/4 oz can pineapple
1 Tbs butter
1 Tbs lemon juice
2 cups sliced beetroot, drained
Combine brown sugar, cornflour & salt in pan. Stir in pineapple (with syrup). Cook stirring constantly till mixture thickens & bubbles. Add butter lemon juice & beetroot. Heat through 5 minutes.
