2 Tbs dried basil
1 Tbs white vinegar
6-7 tomatoes
1 Tbs castor sugar
1 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup salad oil
1 Tbs white vinegar
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tsp salt
ground black pepper
Mix basil and vinegar in cup & set aside. Slice tomatoes thinly & arrange in shallow bowl. Sprinkle sugar & parsley over. Whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, salt & papper well & pour over tomatoes. Cover dish & refrigerate 2 hours.
