6 medium carrots
1/4 tsp grated orange rind
2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs honey
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 tsp salt
Wash, scrape & cut carrots lengthwise & place in oven dish. Mix together orange rind, butter, honey, water & salt & pour over carrots. Bake moderate oven 1 hour.
