600g baby new potatoes
50g butter
2 Tbs clear honey
1 Tbs brown sugar
salt
finely ground black pepper
Scrape potatoes. Dissolve butter, honey & sugar in pan, stir in new potatoes until thoroughly coated, season with salt & pepper. Wrap in a foil parcel. Bake 150 degC 1hr 20 mins.
