Scrub & wash 6-7 med sized kumera, cook in boiling water until fork tender (20-30 minutes). Peel when cool enough to handle & cut into 1/2" slices. Combine 1/4 cup melted butter, 3/4 cup honey, 1 Tbs lemon juice, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg & 1 tsp grated lemon rind. Place kumera in shallow buttered dish & pour honey mixture over. Bake 180 degC 30-40 mins basting from time to time.
