1kg baby potatoes (scrubbed)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cm piece fresh ginger, grated
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground coriander
juice 1 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain well & cut in half. Heat oil in frying pan. Add mustard & cumin seeds & when they start to pop add onion, ginger, turmeric & coriander. Stir fry 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt, peas & potatoes. Stir fry 2 minutes, tossing well. Serve with yoghurt.
