225ml orange juice
50ml soy sauce
3 tbs clear honey
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
sprig rosemary
Put lamb leg in oven bag. Combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ground giner, salt, green pepper, garlic & pour over lamb leg. Marinate 12 hours. Roast in oven bag 350 degF
