Recipe Manager

4 pork chops
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt & ground pepper
2 apples, sliced
16oz tin tomatoes
1 tsp rosemary
1 bay leaf
2 Tbs flour
Brown chops & place in casserole. Fry onion, garlic & apples, then add tomatoes & liquid, rosemary, salt, pepper & bayleaf. Simmer few minutes, thicken. Simmer 3-4 minutes longer & pour over chops. Bake 350 degF 1 hour.
